The podcast is a hip 80 minute mix of love songs for the lovers, and anti love songs for those who feel Valentines is over-rated (in other words alone). I was able to listen to the CD and I fully approve. The collection of Hip Hop, Reggae and R&B with a sprinkle of other genres hit the spot.
